Finding your Calling
I just want to take this time to praise Him #Hallelujah!! God has given me a revelation and it’s a true blessing! Sometimes God will take us one way because we may not be ready for the other.
When God took the Israelites out of Egypt, He took them the long way. Leading them in front of the Red Sea, they were looking at the impossible and witnessed God doing the impossible. There was a shorter way but they were not ready for battle. Although they witnessed the awesomeness of their God, After the Red Sea they were destined to enter the Promised Land, but instead it took them 40 years roaming around the same mountain camping in the wilderness and eating the same food time and time again when it was only a several days journey. Why? Because although they were under the protection of God they still gripped and complained, their faith was a problem. But once they were ready knowing who their God was, ready for battle they entered their Promise land. God will take you through the wilderness to mold, shape you and allow you to see what’s in your heart. Until you are ready and are able to say “Let us go up at once and occupy it, for we are well able to overcome it.” You may never enter the promised land. Watch your words because they are great indicators on where you are about to enter. Will it be another walk around the mountain? Or entering that Promised Land. Are you able to let go what you think you know and grab ahold of what God is trying to guide you to? Rise up and say “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!!!” Get out of your comfort zone, are you ready? Remember: “So will my Word be which goes forth from my mouth; it shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.” Isaiah 55:11
